It seems to become a regular excuse as to why I seem to avoid blogging on at least a weekly basis and hats off to some of those daily bloggers out there, but it seems so Londonish and maybe slight dramatic for me to say I may just be lacking in a few hours of the day.

So, lets rewind slightly to my last week at Moschino, where amongst saying bye to an amazing bunch of people and being offered the chance to go Milan and New York, I was offered another job at a media and advertising agency. Here I play the role of campaign manager. Before my official start date, I was given the opportunity to take a few weeks out before this new adventure began. So as you do, I jetted off to Ibiza for none other than a yoga retreat close to San Juan and far far away from the wild side. I spent one whole week and seven nights at the lotus pad with my amazing teacher Wendy an a whole bunch of amazing people all wishing for escapism from the city life. The retreat was situated in the middle of nowhere with very little sign of human life, amongst a world of beautiful farms and a few superfood eateries.

Two hours of yoga daily, Two hours of daily meditation, a fully formed vegetarian superfood menu and a whole bunch of female power.

Welcome to the Lotus Pad!

"I am currently in day 6 of the retreat and have done nothing but chill. Waking up to the sound of birds, bugs and farmers, with the typical sun and light winds coming thought the open house of the Lotus Pad. Doing sun yoga in the early mornings after a peaceful meditation (which I still haven't mastered). Then visiting incredible beaches, cafes and markets on some days and  putting myself to sleep with endless reading of books in the hammock on others. Just filling up on herbal teas is pretty much it like a true yogi before moon yoga and dinner"

This week in London we have seen the first of Autumn, with colder mornings and bright skies (deceiving) combined with the usual hormonal British weather. Now that all the fashion week fuss is just about over, we can really focus on the here and the now, cause let's be honest - Summer isn't any time soon.Based on poor two days I managed to spend at London fashion Week, it was clear there was a shift in attitudes of the lurkers (the hoverers, bloggers, photographers, fashion fiends or just passerbys that want in on the action). They have embraced the 'don't care' 'blasé' attitude in both their fashion and stance.I'm not complaining! it's the way to be and that's what makes LFW special. It is hard to spot clear cut trends here as every influencer including the designer has their own take on what fashion is and should be like.
This season anything goes double denim, duster coats, wide legs, straight legs, scrappy fringing and turn ups but chunky masculine bluchers are a must.
